The course has been designed to develop learners whilst preparing them for employment. Through effective small group sessions, specialised teachers will support learners in identifying their transferrable skills and harness these skills whilst developing their resilience, confidence and independence. Understanding the role of active citizenship as well as exploring ways to keep physically and mentally healthy will also be an integral part of the learning journey.
