The Level 2 Award and Level 2 Diploma in Art and Design provides an opportunity for students who are intrigued by art and design to explore, develop and test their creativity within a structure that provides a sound base of skills and knowledge whilst at the same time enhancing self-confidence.
The Level 2 Diploma in Art and Design will introduce you to a variety of Art and Design disciplines such as Fine Art, Graphic Design, Fashion/Textiles Design, Interior Design, 3D Design and Photography through a series of project briefs. You will learn to research, develop ideas, use technical skills, and evaluate your work.You will be introduced to the diverse roles and responsibilities in the arts, design and creative industries and the personal and professional characteristics needed for a career in the creative industries.
